Socket weld flange also call “SW flange”, the pipe diameter is generally ≤DN100, commonly used in high pressure ≤10Mpa and high temperature occasions. Socket weld flange refers to the pipe end inserted into the flange ring step, welding in the pipe end and outside the flange. There are two types with or without a welding neck. The socket weld flange with weld neck has good rigidity, small welding deformation and good sealing property.
